What Does The Booking Process Look Like?

Complimentary Discovery Call
During our call, we'll uncover your wants, needs, and wishes, as well as hobbies and interests. With this information, we can start putting together a basic idea of your dream trip. No cost or obligation, just getting an idea of who you are and what we can provide! After talking, if we'd like to move forward together, a Travel Design Fee will be collected via a Wix invoice. This fee will be based on days, destination, and amount of excursions requested. The amount will be disclosed before the end of our call, but fees start at $100.

Finalize Plans (One Month Prior To Departure)
We'll contact you before your final payment to confirm your plans and incorporate those extra special touches, such spa experiences, restaurant reservations, or exciting excursions. Our goal is to ensure every detail is perfect for your upcoming journey.

Personally Curated Itinerary
After our Discovery Call, we meticulously craft a detailed itinerary that includes your travel dates, carefully selected accommodations, and unique experiences tailored just for you and travel partners. This comprehensive plan is then shared with you to review, allowing you to make final decisions or suggest any changes to ensure your trip is perfect.

Secure Your Adventure
Once we settle on your plans, a deposit will then be collected. Here, we take the reins and begin booking, bringing your trip to life. Your job from here? Start dreaming about the amazing experiences that await you when you arrive at a new destination!

Pre-Trip Information
Meeting
About two weeks out from departure, a finalized itinerary, important information and helpful tips will be emailed to you. We'll also hop on a quick call to go over the information sent to you, double check all information for all travelers, and make any necessary adjustments.

You're Off On Your
Journey!
The time has finally come to enjoy the experience we created together! You can travel knowing everything is taken care of and support is there if needed. We'll check in during your trip to ensure all is well and help fix any issues that may need correcting.
