You won’t know where you’re going until you arrive at the airport. All you have to do is pack, show up, and let the adventure unfold.
How Does The Surprise Work?
Schedule a Meeting & Fill Out the Questionnaire
The journey begins by filling out our contact form to schedule your introductory call. Once your meeting is booked, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire designed to help us truly understand you as a traveler.
The questionnaire dives into everything from where you’ve been and what you love to do, to your hobbies, travel style, must-haves, and hard no’s. You’ll also share your budget, preferred travel dates, or the time of year you’re hoping to travel.
During our meeting, we’ll walk through your responses together, explore your ideas in more depth, and align on what will make your surprise trip feel exciting, comfortable, and completely you. This step sets the foundation for a journey built on trust, intention, and a little bit of magic.
One Week Out
About one week before departure, you’ll receive a personalized weather outlook for your upcoming trip. This helps you pack with confidence while offering a subtle sneak peek toward the destination of which you're heading— without giving away the surprise.
Think of it as your first clue. You’ll know what to bring, what to expect, and just enough to let the anticipation build as your adventure gets closer.
24 Hrs Prior to Departure
Twenty-four hours before departure, you’ll receive your final pre-trip details. This includes what time to arrive at the airport, updated destination weather, a few last-minute packing tips, and a checklist reminder of important travel documents.
You’ll also receive another subtle hint about where you’re headed — just enough to build excitement and anticipation without giving everything away. At this point, the adventure feels real, and all that’s left to do is pack, sleep, and get ready for the reveal.
Day of Travel
On departure day, you’ll arrive at the airport at the time provided — with plenty of buffer for either domestic or international travel. That morning, you’ll receive a password-protected reveal document via email.
Once you arrive at the airport, we’ll send you the password to unlock it. Inside, you’ll discover your destination along with your fully-customized itinerary. This includes your accommodations, scheduled activities, confirmed reservations, and emergency contact information for trusted in-destination partners.
The Adventure Begins!
From the moment your destination is revealed, the surprise becomes real — all that’s left to do is follow the plan, stay present, and fully enjoy the adventure ahead. Once you’re back home, we’re happy to schedule a follow-up Zoom call to reflect on your experience, talk through what you loved, any suggestions or critiques and begin dreaming up future trips to keep on your travel horizon.
